Donne in fuga dalla carriera? Il tempo è maschio? - Women fleeingcareer? Time is male?

Xin chào (ciao in Vietnamita!) a tutti , 

spulciando il settimanale Grazia del 21/02/2013 mi è saltato all'occhio un piccolo articolo della direttrice Silvia Grilli . La Silvia affronta un'argomento che personalmente ho molto a cuore quale il binomio donne - politica ; potrebbe sembrare un binomio ironicamente "pericoloso" nella mente di qualche maschilista arrogante ma logicamente così non è , anzi .

Seguendo la propaganda ed i vari percorsi che i nostri MALEamati politici stanno percorrendo , ho avuto un'illuminazione ; Bersani , Alfano, Grillo, Monti, Berlusca tante idee diverse , probabilmente troppe , ma unico fattore denominatore , oltre alle elevate capacità dialettiche , è il "pendolino" che si ritrovano i mezzo alle gambe , perciò mi ritrovo a porgermi una domanda oltre che spontanea quasi rabbiosa . Ma le donne? Dove sono? Perchè nessuna di voi si candida ? Grillo , Bersani promettono maggiori presenze femminili ; ma perchè rimanere sempre dietro ? E se il nostro paese avesse bisogno semplicemente di un occhio femminile attento e vigile? Un po come quando si è piccoli ed è così tremendamente difficile rubare quel biscotto in più quando a casa c'è la mamma che vigila .

Sorry per lo sfogo ! Ma quando ci vuole ci vuole !

sifting through the weekly Grace of 21/02/2013 caught my eye a small article of director Silvia Grilli. The Silvia addresses an argument that I personally have very much at heart as the binomial women - political might seem a combination ironically "dangerous" in the minds of some macho arrogant but logically it is not, indeed.

Following the propaganda and the various paths that our politicians are MALEamati along, I had an epiphany; Bersani, Alfano, Cricket, Monti, Berlusca many different ideas, probably too many, but one factor denominator, in addition to high capacity dialectics, is the "pendulum" that one finds the middle of the legs, so I find myself handing me a question as well as spontaneous almost angry. But women? Where am I? Because none of you apply? Grillo, Bersani promise greater female presence, but why always remain behind? And if our country had simply need a female eye attentive and alert? A bit like when you are young and it is so terribly difficult to steal that cookie more at home when there is a mother who watches.

Sorry for the vent! But when it takes it takes!
